With the win, Calumet improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Copper Kings host Clio (Clio, MI) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Friday, August 22. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Vikings now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carson City-Crystal for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Grayling will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Zion Christian (Byron Center, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
