City of Life Christian Academy Warriors (Kissimmee, FL) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Lakeside Christian Lions (Clearwater, FL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Geneva Classical Academy (Lakeland, FL). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Lions meet the Southeastern Prep Academy Falcons (Orlando, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 22. Lakeside Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Innovation Montessori (Ocoee, FL).
