In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Glenpool Warriors volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Noble Bears.
The Warriors (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Claremore (Claremore, OK). The Zebras come into the Metro Lakes challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last test, Claremore gained a win over McAlester (McAlester, OK), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Bears now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sapulpa for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Noble will face a Chieftains squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over El Reno (El Reno, OK). The Chieftains record now stands at 6-4.
