Texas High School Volleyball - McKinney North over Katy

The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the McKinney North Bulldogs (McKinney, TX) and the host Katy Tigers (Katy, TX), observed McKinney North's volleyball team top Katy by a count of 2-0.

The Bulldogs (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Frisco, TX). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Centennial was knocked off by McKinney North (McKinney, TX), 3-2, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the John Paul II Cardinals (Plano, TX) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 22. Katy will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Cardinals go into the battle with a 6-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over DeSoto (DeSoto, TX).
