Vista Ridge Rangers (Cedar Park, TX) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lamar Vikings (Arlington, TX), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Rangers now have a 11-7 record. They play next when they host Georgetown for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 26. Vista Ridge will play a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Reagan (San Antonio, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 10-7.

With the loss, Lamar drops to 7-12 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Cleburne (Cleburne, TX) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league game on Saturday, August 23. The Yellowjackets go into the game with a record of 5-8. Cleburne lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Wylie East (Wylie, TX)
