Texas High School Volleyball - Smithson Valley tips Mansfield Legacy

In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Smithson Valley Rangers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Mansfield Legacy Broncos.

The Rangers (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Weiss (Pflugerville, TX). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Weiss nudged Madison (San Antonio, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Broncos now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Americas for a non-league test on Friday, August 22. Mansfield Legacy will face a Trail Blazers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX). The Trail Blazers record now stands at 6-3.
