Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Sperry Pirates (Sperry, OK), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Sequoyah improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Indians host Tahlequah (Tahlequah, OK) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 7. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 5-3.

The Pirates now own a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host McLain Science & Tech for a non-league challenge on Monday, August 25.
