The Middle Creek Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Garner Trojans to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage for a non-league game on Monday, August 29. Middle Creek will confront a Huskies team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 4-1.
The Trojans (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Rolesville (Rolesville, NC). The Rams enter the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Rolesville gained a win over Enloe (Raleigh, NC), 2-0, in a non-league game.
