The Neuse Christian Academy Lions volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Southside Christian Warriors to 1 in the Lions non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlington Christian Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 30.

The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Friendship Christian (Raleigh, NC). The enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Friendship Christian was nudged by O'Neal (Southern Pines, NC), 2-0, in a non-league game.
