The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Wadsworth Grizzlies (Wadsworth, OH) and the host Walsh Jesuit Warriors (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), saw Wadsworth's volleyball squad beat Walsh Jesuit by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Wadsworth upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to GlenOak (Canton, OH) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 25. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
The Warriors now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hoover for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 27. Walsh Jesuit will play a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Stow-Munroe Falls (Stow, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
