The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY) and the host Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY), saw Garrard County's soccer squad get by Casey County by a count of 2-1.

The Golden Lions now hold a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln County for a District 45 test on Thursday, August 25. Garrard County will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Patriots record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Casey County drops to 1-2 on the season. The Rebels travel to Somerset (Somerset, KY) to meet the Briar Jumpers in a District 47 test on Thursday, August 25. The Briar Jumpers come into the test with a record of 4-2. Somerset won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Pike Central (Petersburg, IN)
