North Putnam Cougars (Roachdale, IN) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host North Montgomery Chargin' Chargers (Crawfordsville, IN), 8-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars confront the Monrovia Bulldogs (Monrovia, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 25. North Putnam will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Southmont (Crawfordsville, IN).
The Chargin' Chargers now possess a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Frankfort for a Sagamore challenge on Thursday, August 25. North Montgomery will confront a Hot Dogs team coming off a 1-1 non-league McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN). The Hot Dogs record now stands at 3-0.
