The Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA) volleyball overcame the visiting Brooke Point Black Hawks (Stafford, VA), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.
With the win, Albemarle upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Patriots host Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA) to play the Blue Streaks in a Valley outing on Wednesday, September 7. The Blue Streaks go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
The Black Hawks now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Riverbend for a Commonwealth outing on Wednesday, August 31.
