In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Fountain Valley Barons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros.
The Barons (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Woodbridge (Irvine, CA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Woodbridge lost by Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Vaqueros clash with the Buena Park Coyotes (Buena Park, CA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 25. Rancho Alamitos will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Coyotes come into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Fountain Valley (Fountain Valley, CA).
