With the win, Bassett upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Olympians travel to Duarte (Duarte, CA) to play the Falcons in a bout on Tuesday, August 29. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Duarte lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Rio Hondo Prep (Arcadia, CA)

The Eagles now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Schurr for a non-league bout on Friday, August 25.
