The Amherst Falcons volleyball team (Amherst, WI), was edged 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Waupaca Comets (Waupaca, WI)

The Comets (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against New Berlin West (New Berlin, WI). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Falcons encounter the Cambria-Friesland Hilltoppers (Cambria, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 23. Amherst will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Lourdes (Oshkosh, WI).
