The Antelope Valley Antelopes volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Desert Scorpions to 1 in the Antelopes non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Antelopes now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rosamond for a non-league game on Thursday, August 24. Antelope Valley will meet a Roadrunners team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Littlerock (Littlerock, CA). The Roadrunners record now stands at 3-1.

The Scorpions (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Desert Christian (Lancaster, CA). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Desert Christian fell by Highland (Palmdale, CA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.
