Ohio High School Football - Covington beat Arcanum

The Covington Buccs football squad scored 54 points and limited the visiting Arcanum Trojans to 27 in the Buccs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Buccs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dayton Christian for a non-league test on Friday, August 30. Covington will clash with a WARRIORS squad coming off a 32-6 non-league loss to St. Bernard-Elmwood Place (St. Bernard, OH). The WARRIORS record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Arcanum drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Twin Valley South (West Alexandria, OH) to clash with the Panthers in a Western Ohio test on Friday, August 30. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 0-1. Twin Valley South lost 52-7 in their recent non-league test against Carlisle (Carlisle, OH)
