North Carolina High School Football - Cedar Ridge knocked off by East Chapel Hill

August 23, 2024: Hillsborough, NC 27278

In Friday's non-league game, the East Chapel Hill Wildcats (Chapel Hill, NC) football team overcame the host Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), by a tally of 32-12.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 30. East Chapel Hill will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Timberwolves enter the game with a 1-0 record after their 34-6 non-league win over Carrboro (Carrboro, NC).

The Fighting Red Wolves (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Northwest Halifax fell by Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC), 45-8, in a non-league game.
