Dayton Dust Devils (Dayton, NV) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Yerington Lions (Yerington, NV), 48-6 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Dayton advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Dust Devils host Incline (Incline Village, NV) to play the Highlanders in a non-league battle on Friday, August 30. The Highlanders go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Lions now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Tahoe for a 2A Northern battle on Saturday, September 14.
