Florida High School Football - Freedom trounced by Wharton

Wharton Wildcats (Tampa, FL) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Freedom Patriots (Tampa, FL), 38-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Wharton advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Tampa Bay Tech (Tampa, FL) to play the Titans in a non-league battle on Friday, August 30. The Titans go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Tampa Bay Tech lost 63-40 in their recent non-league battle against Venice (Venice, FL)

The Patriots now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Chamberlain for a non-league battle on Friday, August 30. Freedom will play a Storm team coming off a 20-7 non-league win over Brandon (Brandon, FL). The Storm record now stands at 1-0.
