Maryland High School Football - Mt. Zion Prep Academy overwhelmed by McDonogh

August 23, 2024: Owings Mills, MD 21117

In Friday's non-league game, the McDonogh Eagles (Owings Mills, MD) football team triumphed over the visiting Mt. Zion Prep Academy Warriors (Lanham, MD), by a tally of 41-6.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Archbishop Stepinac Crusaders (White Plains, NY) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 30. McDonogh will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.

The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Riverdale Baptist (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Crusaders enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Riverdale Baptist overwhelmed Conwell-Egan Catholic (Fairless Hills, PA), 56-3, in a non-league game.
