Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Cousino Patriots (Warren, MI), 7-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Chippewa Valley advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Big Reds travel to Utica Ford (Sterling Heights, MI) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league test on Monday, August 26. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 1-1.

The Patriots now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Romeo for a non-league test on Monday, August 26.
