The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Central Tigers (Sallisaw, OK) and the visiting Keota Lions (Keota, OK), observed Central's softball team get by Keota by a tally of 4-2.
The Tigers (3-6) will now prepare for their bout against Pocola (Pocola, OK). The Indians go into the 2A bout with a 9-0 record. In their last bout, Pocola tipped Caddo (Caddo, OK), 1-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Lions clash with the Roland Rangers (Roland, OK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, August 29. Keota will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record.
