Next, the Bears meet the North Cobb Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 23. Houston County will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 5-1 league loss to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA).

The Packers (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against North Paulding (Dallas, GA). The Wolfpack go into the non-league challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, North Paulding held off North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA), 8-0, in a league challenge.
