The Millard North Mustangs overwhelmed the host Elkhorn Antlers softball squad by a count of 8-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 24. Millard North will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Dragons go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Norris (Firth, NE).
The Antlers (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Marian (Omaha, NE). The Crusaders go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Marian toppled Burke (Omaha, NE), 15-1, in a league challenge.
