In Friday's non-league challenge, the host West Hardin Oilers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Crockett Bulldogs.

The Oilers (12-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Hull-Daisetta (Daisetta, TX). The Bobcats enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Hull-Daisetta was beaten by Anahuac (Anahuac, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Silsbee Tigers (Silsbee, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 23. Crockett will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Buna (Buna, TX).
