Texas High School Volleyball - Fort Bend Austin over Katy

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) and the visiting Katy Tigers (Katy, TX), observed Fort Bend Austin's volleyball team top Katy by a count of 2-0.

The Bulldogs (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Langham Creek (Houston, TX). The Lobos enter the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Langham Creek notched a victory over Incarnate Word (San Antonio, TX), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Tigers battle the Gregory-Portland Wildcats (Portland, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 23. Katy will attempt to move on its 7-10 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 5-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Arlington (Arlington, TX).
