With the win, Chaparral improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Pumas host Centennial (Corona, CA) to meet the Huskies in a non-league contest on Thursday, August 28. The Huskies enter the contest with a record of 3-0. Centennial won 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Great Oak (Temecula, CA)

Next, the Conquerors meet the Pacifica Christian Tritons (Newport Beach, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 23. Los Altos will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record.
