In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Forest Hills Eastern Hawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Mt. Pleasant Oilers.
The Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against East Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MI). The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Oilers play the Bay City Western Warriors (Auburn, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
