California High School Flag Football - Upland beat Covina

The Upland Highlanders/Scots flag football squad scored 34 points and limited the host Covina Colts to 13 in the Highlanders/Scots non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Highlanders/Scots now sport a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bonita for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Upland will meet a Bearcats squad coming off a 40-6 non-league win over St. Lucy's (Glendora, CA). The Bearcats record now stands at 5-1.

With the defeat, Covina drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) to face the Grizzlies in a non-league game on Monday, August 25.
