In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Bloomington North Cougars soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Seymour Owls.
The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Martinsville (Martinsville, IN). The Artesians enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Martinsville was tipped by Mooresville (Mooresville, IN), 7-0, in a league test.
The Owls now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Batesville for a non-league test on Monday, August 25. Seymour will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 11-0 league win over Rushville (Rushville, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.
