In Saturday's non-league bout, the visiting McClain Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 5-2 victory over the Peebles Indians.
The Tigers now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Chillicothe for a Frontier Athletic bout on Tuesday, August 26. McClain will play a Cavaliers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Reynoldsburg (Reynoldsburg, OH). The Cavaliers record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Peebles moves to 1-2 on the year. The Indians host West Union (West Union, OH) to play the Dragons in a Southern Hills game on Monday, August 25. The Dragons come into the game with a record of 0-0.
