The Pocatello Thunder soccer squad (Pocatello, ID), was edged 3-2 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Mountain View Mavericks (Meridian, ID)
The Mavericks (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Bishop Kelly (Boise, ID). The Knights enter the 6A Southern Idaho outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Bishop Kelly tipped Middleton (Middleton, ID), 3-2, in a non-league outing.
In their next game, the Thunder clash with the Madison Bobcats (Rexburg, ID) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 26. Pocatello will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Bobcats come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Centennial (Boise, ID).
