The Scituate Spartans soccer team (North Scituate, RI), was overwhelmed 7-1 in Saturday's non-league match with the host Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI)
With the triumph, Mt. Hope moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Cumberland (Cumberland, RI) to confront the Clippers in a Division 1 battle on Wednesday, September 3. The Clippers enter the battle with a record of 0-0.
