Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Princeton Tigers (Princeton, WV) and the visiting Riverside Warriors (Belle, WV), saw Princeton's soccer squad hold off Riverside by a score of 3-2.

The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Bluefield (Bluefield, WV). The Beavers enter the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Bluefield was edged by Nicholas County (Summersville, WV), 7-2, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Warriors confront the George Washington Patriots (Charleston, WV) in a Mountain State test, on Tuesday, August 26. Riverside will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 5-1 league win over Cabell Midland (Ona, WV).
