Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Washington Warriors (Sioux Falls, SD) and the visiting Sturgis Brown Scoopers (Sturgis, SD), saw Washington's soccer squad triumph over Sturgis Brown by a count of 6-0.
The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, O'Gorman tipped Brookings (Brookings, SD), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Scoopers battle the Belle Fourche Broncs (Belle Fourche, SD) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 26. Sturgis Brown will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Broncs enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Groton (Groton, SD).
