The Nanakuli Golden Hawks (Waianae, HI) football were winner over the host Castle Knights (Kaneohe, HI), 42-28 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Golden Hawks now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moanalua for a non-league outing on Friday, August 29. Nanakuli will face a Menehune team coming off a 35-20 non-league win over Leilehua (Wahiawa, HI). The Menehune record now stands at 1-1.

The Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Pearl City (Pearl City, HI). The Chargers enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
