In Saturday's non-league match, the host North Allegheny Tigers football squad scored a tight 34-28 win over the Woodland Hills Wolverines.
In their next game, the Tigers play the McKeesport Tigers (McKeesport, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 25. North Allegheny will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.
The Wolverines (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Indians go into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
