With the win, Manchester improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to Central Christian (Kidron, OH) to encounter the Comets in a non-league battle on Monday, August 25. The Comets go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Chipps now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Dalton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 26. Chippewa will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Tuscarawas Central Catholic (New Philadelphia, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
