Ashland Arrows (Ashland, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Sandusky Blue Streaks (Sandusky, OH), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Ashland advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Arrows host Brunswick (Brunswick, OH) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 26. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Brunswick lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against GlenOak (Canton, OH)
The Blue Streaks (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Northwood (Northwood, OH). The Rangers come into the Sandusky Bay game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Northwood was overwhelmed by Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH), 2-1, in a league game.
