Logan Chieftains (Logan, OH) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they observed their soccer squad nudge the visiting Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs (Carroll, OH), 3-2 in a non-league outing.

The Chieftains (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Briggs (Columbus, OH). The Bruins go into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Briggs was edged by Horizon Science Academy (Columbus, OH), 5-0, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Hartley for a non-league test on Saturday, August 30.
