Next, the Mustangs face the Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, August 25. Middle Creek will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Wolverines enter the game with a 3-1 record after their 1-1 non-league Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC).
The Huskies (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Mavericks enter the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Mallard Creek was nudged by East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
