In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Southern Columbia Area Tigers (Catawissa, PA) soccer squad overwhelmed the visiting Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils (Shenandoah, PA), by a margin of 10-0.
The Tigers now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Shamokin Area for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 30.
The Blue Devils (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Tri-Valley (Hegins, PA). The Bulldogs enter the Schuylkill County 2 contest with a 0-0 record.
