The St. Francis Knights (Alpharetta, GA) softball the host Christian Heritage Lions (Dalton, GA), 3-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Knights now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coahulla Creek for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23. St. Francis will encounter a Colts team coming off a 6-5 league win over Ringgold (Ringgold, GA). The Colts record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Christian Heritage moves to 0-7 on the season. The Lions travel to Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA) to encounter the Rebels in a 1A D-I Region 7 outing on Tuesday, August 26. The Rebels come into the contest with a record of 4-1. Fannin County won 14-2 in their recent non-league contest against Rome (Rome, GA)
