The Coahulla Creek Colts softball squad (Dalton, GA), was routed 7-2 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting St. Francis Knights (Alpharetta, GA)
With the triumph, St. Francis improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Knights host King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, GA) to face the Tigers in a 1A D-I Region 5 contest on Monday, August 25. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-2.
In their next game, the Colts clash with the Southeast Whitfield County Raiders (Dalton, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, August 23. Coahulla Creek will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 7-3 league loss to Hiram (Hiram, GA).
