The Hominy Bucks softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Cushing Tigers to 3 in the Bucks non-league win on Saturday.
The Bucks now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Olive for a non-league outing on Monday, August 25. Hominy will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 21-6 non-league win over Sasakwa (Sasakwa, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-6.
The Tigers (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Tuttle (Tuttle, OK). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 12-2 record. In their last outing, Tuttle held off Cache (Cache, OK), 4-1, in a league test.
