The Dickson Comets triumphed over the visiting Idabel Warriors softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Comets play the Lindsay Leopards (Lindsay, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 25. Dickson will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Leopards enter the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 12-0 non-league win over Norman (Norman, OK).
The Warriors (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Howe (Howe, OK). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Howe was routed by Dale (Dale, OK), 4-0, in a league battle.
