The Chargers now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Bend Hightower for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 23. Almeta Crawford will clash with a Hurricanes team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Alief Hastings (Houston, TX). The Hurricanes record now stands at 7-4.

The Broncos (4-10) will now prepare for their match against Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX). The Rangers come into the 6A Region III District 21 bout with a 4-7 record.
