In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Aquinas Falcons volleyball team scored a close 1-0 victory over the Orange Vista Coyotes.

The Falcons (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Pomona Catholic (Pomona, CA). The Pacers go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Pomona Catholic tipped Ramona Convent (Alhambra, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Coyotes now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to San Jacinto Valley Academy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 26. Orange Vista will meet a Wolves team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over California Lutheran (Wildomar, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 2-0.
